Shuffle
The rules, in the open

How Shuffle works.

One pot. One winner. Your bet is your slice of the wheel, your slice is your odds. Every round is provably fair, and you can check the math yourself below.

How to play

Four steps. One lucky ending.

01 / Get in

Pick a room, put in.

Choose a room and a token ($S, ETH, USDG, or PONS). House rooms run non-stop. Or open your own room.

02 / Make your mark

More chips, more wheel.

Your bet divided by the pot is your chance to win. Keep adding while the 2 to 5 minute clock runs.

03 / Let it ride

Clock out, spin on.

Bets close at zero. With at least two players the wheel spins once. Fewer than two? Every entry is refunded in full, no fee.

04 / Take the pot

One winner takes the pot.

The winner keeps 99% on $S rounds or 97.5% on other tokens. Winnings are claimed from the contract, not pushed, so a round can never be bricked.

Fees & payouts

Low fee. Zero dev cut on the game.

Every game fee goes back to the ecosystem. The platform's only revenue is the PONS creator-fee on $S trading.

Play with $S: 1%

The 1% fee on $S rounds buys back and burns $S. Winner keeps 99%.

Other tokens: 2.5%

ETH, USDG, and other tokens pay 2.5%. That fee buys back and burns $S. Winner keeps 97.5%.

Open a room

Opening a custom room burns 20,000 $S. You set your own creator fee (up to 2.5%, stacking to 5% max) and keep 100% of it, claimable anytime.

Leaderboard pool

The PONS creator-fee funds a prize pool: 80% to the top 50 players on daily, weekly, and monthly boards (paid in ETH), 20% to the treasury for build and marketing.

Provably fair

You don't have to trust us.
You can check.

Two independent sources of randomness decide every winner. Neither the house nor any player can control both, so no one can steer or predict the outcome.

1

A committed seed chain

Before the very first round, the house generates a chain of secret seeds where each seed is the hash of the next. Only the final hash is published, on-chain and here. Every future outcome is locked in from the start: seeds can't be swapped, reordered, or grinded. After each round its seed is revealed, and anyone can confirm its hash matches the previous round, all the way back to the published commitment.

2

Unpredictable block entropy

A committed seed alone isn't enough, since the house knows the chain. So the winner also depends on a future blockhash that nobody knows while betting is open, and that the settler can't shop for. The house controls the seed but not the blockhash; a validator could influence a blockhash but not the seed. Neither can decide the winner alone.

3

A winner anyone can recompute

The winning point comes from hashing the revealed seed, the blockhash, and the pot together, mapped to a number in [0, 1). Walk the players' stakes in order; whoever's slice contains that point wins. Odds are exactly your stake over the pot, with no house edge beyond the stated fee.

Verifier

Check a round yourself.

Copy the server seed and round number from any finished round (Play → a room → View seed), paste them here, and reproduce the exact commitment and winning point.

Robinhood Chain

Contracts.

Every address is published here and verified on Robinhood Chain Explorer at launch. Nothing is custodial: the owner can only pay winners, refund, and route fees.

$S tokenFixed supply 1,000,000,000. Fair launch on PONS. No mint, no owner.

JackpotShuffleThe game. Holds rounds, bets, commit-reveal settlement, payouts, fee routing, refunds.
TBA at launch

Addresses are placeholders until launch. At launch every contract is open-source, verified on Robinhood Chain Explorer, and independently audited, so you can read the code and confirm the rules yourself. Don't trust, verify.

The fine print

Questions, answered.

Is this a rug?

No. Winnings and refunds are pull-pattern: the contract owner can never move a pot except to pay the winner or refund players. Fees are hard-capped, and the solvency of every token is invariant. Contracts are verified on Robinhood Chain Explorer and audited before launch.

Can the house cheat the winner?

No. The seed chain is fixed before any bet, so outcomes can't be grinded. The winner also depends on a future blockhash the house can't predict or choose. The house takes zero cut on the game and never plays in house rooms, so it has no incentive and no ability to steer a result.

What if the operator never reveals a seed?

After a grace window anyone can trigger a full refund of that round. Stalling an unfavorable reveal earns nothing, which removes any reason to withhold it.

What happens if fewer than two players join?

No spin. Every entry is refunded in full, with no fee.

Which tokens can I bet?

$S, ETH, USDG, and PONS at launch. Tokenized stocks (NVDA, TSLA, COIN, GOOGL, AMZN) are shown but disabled until their buyback routes are enabled.

Does my bet survive a refresh?

Your bet is a transaction on Robinhood Chain, so a refresh re-reads the round from the contract and nothing is lost.
